We place orders everyday at 2 o'clock central time. If your order is in stock we can usually have it shipped out the next business day. Delivery times will vary by location.If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging, & must include original receipt. In addition, your return will be subject to shipping and restocking fees. Please send us a notification of your intent to return via email prior to shipping product back for exchange.

MANUFACTURER'S LIMITED WARRANTY 

Stronghold Closets stands behind all manufacturers warranty. All manufacturers guarantee the products sold against defects in materials and workman-ship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any damage caused by external causes, including negligent installation, abuse, or general misuse of the product is not covered by the warranty. Wood will accept stain differently, there will be variations in color and that is normal.Panels that break to excessive load are not covered.Custom configured products are non-refundable or exchangeable. To request warranty service, you must email the retailer where item was purchased for more details. If warranty service is required, you must ship copy of receipt of purchase, enclose return address, and the defective product back to the retailer where product was purchased during the warranty period in its original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment for damage during shipment. We  will ship replacement products to you. We reserve the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion. Customer agrees that it will be bound by this agreement once the package is shipped from manufacturer.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. OUR SOLE OBLIGATION (AND CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY) WITH RESPECT TO THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE TO, AT ITS OPTION, REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR REPAIR/REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, PROVIDED THAT WE RECEIVE WRITTEN NOTICE OF SUCH DEFECTS DURING THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD. CUSTOMER MAY NOT BRING AN ACTION TO ENFORCE ITS REMEDIES UNDER THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE ACCRUAL OF SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE AND NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you find the same identical item advertised by an authorized John Louis home, Easy Track or Sauder dealer for less, show us and we will give you the difference as a credit towards your next purchase. This does not apply to special order products, clearance items. We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sell, all products ordered come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
